This advance bakery course prepares you for all the recipes
that are perfect for anyone who wants to take his baking skills
to the next level and wants to add flavors to their menu. . This
course consists of sponge baking, icing, chocolate making,
fondant and wedding cakes as well as mousse and cheese cake
techniques, delectable recipes ranging from healthy fruit and
other muffins to beautiful rich cupcakes. We will also
introduce you to the wide range of artisanal breads,
viennoiseries, French desserts and royal icing cookies.

▪ Easy way to learn icing of whipped cream cake.
▪ Learn how to add different colour and flavours to whipped
cream.
▪ How to use different type of fillings.
▪ How to make chocolate drips and how to add colours to
chocolate ganache.
▪ How to use cake combs and to create different texture on
whipped cream cakes.
▪ How to make cream flowers, different shells and borders on cake.

Special theory classes on daily basis to learn the art and science of
baking along with printed notes.

At the end of the course to get the certificate you have to take proper theory and practical exam.
