This advance bakery course prepares you for all the recipes that are perfect for anyone who wants to take there baking skills to the next level and wants to add flavors to their menu. This course consists of sponge baking, icing, chocolate making, fondant and wedding cakes as well as mousse and cheese cake techniques, delectable recipes ranging from healthy fruit and
other muffins to beautiful rich cupcakes.
We will also introduce you to the wide range of artisanal breads, viennoiseries, French desserts and royal icing cookies.
