In this module you will learn how to bake perfect sponges, cake decoration
and lots of flavor developments. This course consists of sponge baking,
icing , chocolate making , fondant and wedding cakes as well as mousse
and cheese cake techniques, delectable recipes ranging from healthy fruit
and other muffins to beautiful rich cupcakes.

  14. Garlic Bread – Domino’s Style – with Stuffing
  15. Theme Cake (Mermaid) Full Fondant
  16. You will also learn about the ratios required for fillings.

  17. Wedding Cake
    • 2 tier wedding cake or theme cake along with stacking technique
  18. Practice on real cakes including:
    • Round cake 
    • Heart cake 
    • Square cake
    • Piping Techniques
    • Using different types of nozzles
    • How to make roses from fresh cream
    • Practice of latest trending designs
    • Whipped cream master class
    • Theory classes
    • Learn how to calculate cost of every item. 

Different techniques including:

Special theory classes on daily basis to learn the art and science of baking along with printed notes.
